I first met Katie when I was struggling with physical limitations as a postpartum mother who had recently weathered two difficult pregnancies and traumatic birth experiences. At 39 years old, I was struggling to have enough energy to play with my children. Fed up with feeling tired and weak, I sought out a personal trainer to come to my home and help me regain my physical strength. Katie assessed my current fitness level, and from there we set off on a program customized to my goals and needs. I’ve been training with Katie twice per week since early last year and I’m now stronger than ever in my life. Not only can I easily lift and carry my three-year-old who is the size of a six-year-old, but I have more confidence in myself to be able to simply live my life.
