Private Payment Plans
and Insurance Coverage
Two Ways to Pay:
We are happy to extend our speech-language therapy services to children ages 2-18 years of age. Currently, we accept two different types of payment: Private Payment through monthly subscriptions, and Medicaid. Please check back frequently, as we are in the process of becoming providers through various other insurance companies.
Monthly Private Payment Policy:
Thrive Movement and Speech, LLC. follows a subscription private payment model, NOT an attendance payment model. We take our commitment to you very seriously, and strive to make ourselves available for your sessions on a reliable, consistent basis. Your payments go directly towards funding our programs and supporting our personal families. Receiving reliable monthly income is critical to keeping our doors open and providing you with the best services possible.
Monthly fees cover a certain MAXIMUM number of speech-language therapy sessions per month. Missing a session due to travel, mandatory work trips, difficulty providing child transportation, appointments that can be rescheduled or other non-emergencies does NOT constitute a reduction in the monthly fee.
Session Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
Sessions may be canceled with 24 hour notice or less due to illness, medical emergencies, and extreme weather. These sessions may be rescheduled with the Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). In this way, each client should be able to get the number of sessions they paid for in their monthly subscription. Only one attempt to reschedule a canceled session will be made. The child's caregiver always has the option to cancel an appointment and not reschedule, but this does not reduce the monthly subscription fee. If ANY session is canceled with no notice, the session will not be rescheduled, and the cost of the session will not be forwarded to a future session.
SLP's Cancellation Policy: If the SLP must cancel a session for any reason, a make up session will be scheduled based on the SLP's and the client's availability.
Holidays/SLP vacations: If a session(s) falls on a federal or Randolph County School System holiday, or if the SLP goes on vacation, the client has the option to reschedule the session(s) or the SLP can prorate that month's subscription to reflect sessions that were not provided.
Subscription Cancellation Fee: There is a $90 cancellation fee for members that choose to cancel their subscription before their time commitment (3-months, 6-months, and 12-months) ends.
